Barbara and Duane Franklet

Your hosts Barbara and Duane have lived in beautiful Nelson since 2008. Duane is a published author and computer whiz, Barbara an artist with a studio in the Nelson CBD. Both are outdoor enthusiasts with a love for hiking, swimming and biking. You're spoiled for choice in the Nelson region - from the Tasman bike trails, short and long hikes in the nearby mountains and lovely swims at Tahuna Beach - just 5 minutes away! Their passion for gardening is evident from the mini orchard where Plum Cottage sits.
